Exchange, and Refund Policy before placing an order. This policy is designed to comply with the

    Because many of our garments are handcrafted or produced specifically for each order, we take
    care to verify sizing and order details before manufacturing begins. A size-confirmation email is
    sent to every customer immediately after an order is placed. Production begins only after we
    receive your confirmation. Our fitting support team is available via email and phone to help
    ensure measurements are accurate and that you receive the best possible fit.
    This process significantly reduces sizing-related issues; however, we understand that returns
    may occasionally be necessary.
  2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
    2.1 Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, UltimoFashions.com will accept
    a return or provide an exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
    Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the defect or
    damage.
    2.2 Standard-Size Items (Sizing Issues)
    If a customer orders a standard size and wishes to return or exchange it due to incorrect size
    selection, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (original shipping plus
    return shipping).
    For refunds, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund even when “free
    shipping” was offered.
    2.3 Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Free of odors, stains, alterations, or physical damage
    Items not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    2.4 Custom-Made, Made-to-Measure, and Personalized Items
    Custom-made items, made-to-measure garments, or products produced according to customer
    provided measurements or customization instructions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    These items are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
    2.5 Promotional, On-Sale, or Special-Order Items
    Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special-order items made on demand
    are not eligible for return or exchange.
    2.6 Distressed Leather and Specialty Finishes
    Products made from distressed leather or intentionally aged materials may exhibit variations
    such as uneven texture, worn edges, or color shading. These characteristics are intentional and
    do not qualify as defects.
  1. Return Window
    Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
    Returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
  2. Shipping Costs and Refund Deductions
  • For non-defective returns (wrong size, changed mind, dislike of appearance), the
    customer must pay both-way shipping.
  • If a refund is issued, outbound shipping costs— including orders advertised with “free
    shipping”—will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping, packaging, and handling charges are not refundable for reasons such as “did
    not like the item,” “changed my mind,” or “wrong size selected.”
