    before shipment.
    1.2 Custom-Made, Made-to-Measure & Print-on-Demand Items
    Custom leather jackets, made-to-measure garments, and print-on-demand products require
    additional production time.
    Approximate timelines:
  • Custom Leather Jackets: 6–15 business days
  • Made-to-Measure Items: 6–15 business days
  • Print-on-Demand Apparel: 3–7 business days
    Production begins after size or content confirmation has been received from the customer.
    These timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, workload, raw material
    availability, or holiday periods, we shall update our customers about the timelines.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
    Ultimo Fashions ships orders worldwide using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local courier partners (for certain regions)
    Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4–10 business days

  1. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address.
    UltimoFashions.com is not liable for orders that are:
  • Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Lost due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery details
    If an order is returned as undeliverable:
  • The customer may choose to reship the item by paying a reshipping fee
  • Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable

    Carriers require investigation periods (often 7–15 business days) before a lost package claim

    Ultimo Fashions will support you through the investigation but cannot issue refunds until the
    carrier concludes the claim.

    If an item is marked as pre-order or made on demand, shipping timelines will be clearly stated
    on the product page. By purchasing, you agree to the extended timeline.

    Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on:
