4.2 Print-on-Demand Items
Print-on-demand garments and accessories are produced specifically for your order and are
subject to the same non-returnable guidelines as custom items unless defective.
- Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines, carriers, and rates are described in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier receives the package.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect
addresses provided by the customer. However in the event of such unfortunate happenings, we
will extend our full support to our customers. - Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
